Please take a second and read this before you buy:

There are many types of music festivals, from the utterly wild, like Woodstock, to the staid and button downed, like Merlefest. We want to be somewhere in the middle, but definitely leaning to the Merlefest end of the spectrum.

We want EVERYBODY to have a fine time. We are peaceful, music loving people and we're grateful to live in such a beautiful area with so many amazing musicians.

The Festival will be Family Friendly. We're hoping for lots of kids and adults should be aware of that and behave accordingly. No bad behavior will be tolerated, and if you have to ask what we mean by that, you probably should find something else to do that day.

That said, we want everybody to have a rip roaring good time. Live music excites us, fills us with joy, and makes us dance and jump around, all of which is cool.

We think the ticket price is a real value. Please remember, the profits from the Crozet Music Festival will support the Western Albemarle Rescue Squad and other Crozet nonprofits.

*Advance tickets can be bought for $15 a day or $20 for both days online or at the following locations: Mincer's, Bellair Market, and Maupin's Music.
*Tickets will be $20 a day at the gate.
